Roles and Responsibilities
Identify Procurement and Supply processes and tools improvement opportunities, from both efficiency and effectiveness perspective, and deliver relevant solutions. Ensure the tools and reports are always available and up to date.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Run reports using tools to provide supplier spend and analytics (single or multiple systems)
- Prepare an inventory of current reports and related requirements. Gap analysis of available reports versus business requirements
- Evaluate data need, identify data sources and evaluate data source credibility, conduct ETL process (Extract, Transform, Load), mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine
- Develop and consolidate reports based on outcome of analysis
- Drive automation & digitalization and use of smart tools together with the stakeholders
- Prepare and send Reports of related area to Management.
- Internal and external benchmarking of processes and Tools
- Focus on developing and testing new functionalities of the systems
- Review the existing Procurement and Supply Processes and Tools for Metals Business Area and identify in-efficiencies, gaps and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Global Procurement Excellence team to align processes and best practices
- Consulting and supporting strategic and operational teams in resolving complicated and recurring issues related to systems, processes and tools
- Secure connection with the other processes and follow up on performance and ensure the process documentation is in place and up to date
- Train and support the training of Procurement and Supply team members on processes and tools.
- Demonstrate respect for others and acts in an appropriate and professional manner.
- Manage interaction with various cultures.

Qualifications
Education/Training:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or Supply Chain or equivalent required
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement function preferably in the machine and/or plant engineering branch.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong system affinity and proficiency in SAP (MM), Power BI Apps, Share point, TEAMS, MS Dynamics, Excel, Power Point etc
- Process expertise and working experience in data and analyst
- First understanding of procurement operations
- Excellent analytical skills (cost comparisons, trend analysis, pivots, charting)
- Can-do" attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- Solution and development oriented, problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Energetic and able to interact and convince stakeholders at different hierarchy levels
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing Business conditions and needs
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Strong drive and performance orientation skills required
