Job Profile/Key Responsibilities

• At least 3-10 years of Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering in Life Insurance
• Strong experience in Requirements Gathering, Designing, developing solutions
• Lead and conduct Requirements & Design sessions with the customer
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate with developers / other architects and stakeholders
• Ability to Work in fast paced Development environment
• Work with Peers in planning and coordination of work activities
• Preferably with experience of working in IBM AS400 & DB2 environment

Required Skills: Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering and Designing of solutions in Life Insurance, IBM AS400
