Roles and Responsibilities
The Senior Account Manager / Business Development will be responsible for Planning, Pitching, Sales and Onboarding of new business across the different services of the Agency. He/She will be responsible for identifying new areas for growth and specific prospects as well as nurturing existing client relationships to develop business opportunities.
The job role will demand-
- - Proven extensive delivery of digital and marketing communications to clients.
- - Proven success in winning, delivering and retaining key clients.
- - Experience in selling digital services.( Marketing and Web selling services experience is a plus.)
- - Experience in facing clients, making presentations, negotiating contracts
- - Understanding of Digital Marketing (Social Media, SEO, Google Ads, etc.)
- - Understanding of web projects and its functioning
- - Understanding of Brand, Brand Communication, Advertising
Main Responsibilities
- Assess and nurture new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and acquire business.
- Work with the Account Managers to identify new opportunities within existing clients.
- Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients.
- Responsible for lead conversion, contract, and successful client on-boarding.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
