Responsible for matching business processes and automation requirements to the capabilities of Salesforce
7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Translate business requirements into well designed Salesforce solutions that best leverage the platforms
Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client*s business objectives
Ability to leverage out of the box Salesforce features vs. custom development for business requirements.
Partner with Business teams and Process Experts to write requirements for Customer Success Platform
Engagement with System and Process experts to help identify solutions to business pain points
Hands-on configuration experience on SFDC Platform
Engagement with Change management team to plan for Change Management as needed for each initiative
Drive systems-related project execution in direct partnership with IT (system administrators and development
Experience with Sales Cloud, Partner relationship applications/communities, and Force.com
Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements and building detailed functional design specifications
