Skyking Courier Service(Skyking) is looking for for Delivery Personnel, who will represent the company in-front of its customers.

Key Responsibilities ? Delivering Shipments, Internal Reporting, Resolving Delivery Issues

? Co-coordinating with other Customer Service Representatives within Skyking and providing effective resolutions to Customer's queries

? Managing Delivery Reports

? Assisting the sales team in their day-to-day operations

? Responding to pick-up/special delivery requests

Requirments ? Minimum 1 year experience in courier or e-commerce delivery

? Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills

? Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills, ability to work under continual deadline pressure and ability to understand and coach/teach others, show high level of ethics and team work. Proficient in Hindi and one regional language

? Basic computer operating skills

? Bike Driver is a must
