Roles and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Helpdesk Coordinator will be to Log all the calls, assign it to engineers, track it till closure, and update the user.
• Close monitoring of NMS/EMS tools(Server/Data Base)
• Response to the alerts generated by NMS/EMS tools.
• Provide feedback to callers
. • Analyze the call and preparing trend report
• Co-ordination with the domain experts for trouble tickets resolution.
• Coordinate with respective vendors for closure of calls.
• Keeping ISO Process documentation up to date.
• Generating MIS report • Report generation(Server uptime/Application uptime)
