Responsible for all statutory returns of the Zone, Liaison with Statutory agencies such as RPFC, ESIC, Employment Exchange, Labour Inspectors, Factory Directorate
Performance Management.
Responsible to look after entire outsourced/ Contract Labours of the Zone under Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act 1970.
To administer leave, absenteeism, irregularities of the employees, entire administrative functions of the office.
Involve in Campus Recruitment for new management trainees for all over India.
Core team member on HR policy finalization, statutory, legal and safety member on behalf of the Zone.
Responsible for entire legal matters of the East. Follow up with the advocates in the legal cases pending in the court.
Responsible for entire office administration in the Zone.
Generating MIS Reports and send it to Corporate from time to time
Employee Relations in the Zone.
Drawing up of Compensation and Benefits of the outsourced employees.
