Involved in Development and unit testing of the product.
Development of Server side components, Spring, hibernate to achieve functionality.
Development of front end with low to moderate complexities.
Involved in Code Quality and Defect fixing.
Development using Spring (IOC, MVC, Security) Components.
Good hands on knowledge on javascript and jQuery(preferred).
Design using XML/XSLT (preferred).
Sun Certification on JDK1.4 or higher (preferred).
Involved in / Knowledge of Ant build scripts for Build & Deployment.
SkillSet:
Java(1.5 and higher), Sound knowledge on Collection framework, Exception handling, annotation and Thread is mandatory.
Knowledge on Marshalling and Unmarshalling list or set of objects(JAXB, DOM and SAX parsers)
Spring (2.0 and higher), Hibernate,
XML, XSLT, AjAX
Good concept on database
Comfortable on Linux environment.
Open Source Technologies( Should have eager to learn new technologies with pro-activeness).
Knowledge of Media Streaming is added advantage
