Experience of 8-10 years in CRM domain including minimum 5 years hands on experience in implementing, managing and supporting MS Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms.
Should have experience in Agile methodology, DevOps Automation and Azure platform and services.
Should have good communication, leadership and team handling skills.
Responsibilities:
Experience in leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities for MS Dynamics CRM using PowerApps, Power Automate
Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps.
Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods.
Experience creating views in Dataverse
Experience in developing workflows using PowerApps and Microsoft Power Automate/Flow.
Ability to create custom connectors for Power Automate
Using API custom-connectors within PowerApps
Understanding of D365 capabilities/ Power App, architecture, and deployment of online solutions.
Required Skills:
Must have at-least 8-10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 Online).
Dynamics 365 Technical with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations and integrations.
Need to be well versed in Plugins, Workflows, Actions, .Net, HTML, JavaScript, and Portals.
Must have Office 365 knowledge: PowerApps, Flow, Microsoft Portals, Microsoft Graph API.
Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
Must have experience in Dynamics 365 for Marketing Module.
Must have experience in Power Automates (MS Flows).
Must have experience in Azure Function Apps, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus.
Must have experience in Development, Deployment of Dynamics CRM Solutions, Azure Resources.
