- Communicates with internal and external clients to assess, document, and advance project readiness
- Builds projects in internal systems and assigns generic resources
- Works with internal leadership to assign team resources and determine appropriate project start dates
- Balances and closes projects when complete
- Administrates departmental systems to include first-level support for users and managers

Required Experience Education
- BA or BS Degree
- 1-3 years of experience working with clients in an office-based environment
- Working with basic MS Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred Experience Education
- Background in Healthcare or Technology
- Have a basic understanding of Software life cycles
