JOB DETAIL

  • Communicates with internal and external clients to assess, document, and advance project readiness
  • Builds projects in internal systems and assigns generic resources
  • Works with internal leadership to assign team resources and determine appropriate project start dates
  • Balances and closes projects when complete
  • Administrates departmental systems to include first-level support for users and managers
  • Maintains and updates documentation as required
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Experience Education

  • BA or BS Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience working with clients in an office-based environment
  • Working with basic MS Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Experience Education

  • Background in Healthcare or Technology
  • Have a basic understanding of Software life cycles
