• Managing relationships and communication with all project stakeholders

• Leading and coaching the project team as appropriate and according to the needs of the individual project

• Ensure that the scrum team adheres to scrum theory, practices and rules, and work as a leader within the project team.

• Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement.

• Providing regular, constructive feedback to project team members and their line managers

• Providing progress updates into the department

• Develop and maintain effective and proactive relationships with all customers including suppliers and third parties

• Support the Service Owner(s) for Project Delivery in maintaining and developing processes, standards, tools and reporting and their documentation and proactively reviewing the service provided to end-users and customers

• Strong negotiation, presentation, conflict management, decision making, and communication skills with timely and accurate reporting against project timelines and other metrics

• Close projects.

Requirements

• Experienced (preferably certified) Scrum Master

• Understand and effectively lead the execution of the scrum ceremonies and practices with your team.

• Guide the technical team with DevOps concepts and Cloud for delivery.

• Solid knowledge of common project management and collaboration tools (eg MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Confluence)

• Experienced in the delivery of projects in an agile environment

• Able to work independently, excellent personal organization and able to demonstrate consistently balanced good judgement and logical thought prioritization

• Experience in the use of tools and techniques to facilitate effective project delivery

• Exposure to or awareness of all phases of software development projects including analysis, systems design, development and testing approaches

• Understand and effectively lead the execution of the scrum ceremonies and practices with your team. Sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, reporting metrics (eg, burn down, velocity).

• Effectively manage Risk, Escalations, Dependency and Quality

• Should have command on information technology foundations (eg software development, software automation, , application architecture, hardware/infrastructure, authentication/authorization)
