About the role:

  • Responsible for achieving sales goals

  • Develops and implements account plans
  • Identifies customer needs and develops solutions
  • Grows market share within the account
  • Finds opportunities to partner and collaborate
  • Resolves customer issues
  • Maintains a pipeline of growth opportunities
  • Collaborates and coordinates withe partners
  • To achieve assigned sales goals both primary secondary
  • Develop account plans and coordinate activities with appropriate internal customers
  • Analyze accounts and territory and find opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
  • Engage with customers/ distributors to build and maintain long term relationships through digital/F2F connect
  • Lead the end to end sales process for assigned products accounts

  • Resolve customer issues by regular interaction with internal customers
  • Coordinate sales activities with Specialist teams and distribution partners (Digital /F2F)
  • Maintain an in depth understanding of the competitive landscape within assigned territory
  • Maintain learn new technical product and scientific knowledge
  • Maintain a cadence of account management activities including internal and customer facing


Business reviews

  • Input customer information and opportunities into the CRM system take insights

  • Maps regional and country relevant account sites, buyers and contacts
  • Develop and maintain a short and long-term opportunity growth opportunity pipeline
  • Demonstrating digital tools to prospect, opportunity creation improve sales conversion
  • Reports to management, including market competition

Who you are:

  • Previous working experience is sales for 4+ year(s)
  • Freshers can also be considered with M.Sc Chemistry background
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Territory to cover would be entire East of India.
