Roles and Responsibilities:
1 Involvement in capturing business requirements, discussion and high- level solution design
2 Ownership of physical solution design, end to end development cycle up to deployment and post-production support
3 Working with client, understand the business trend, conduct proof orconcepts as suitable and develop software solutions
4 Communication with client and other stake holders with appropriatedata points and at the right time
5 Process improvement, best practice to be followed for continuousrefinement of the application
6 Mentoring and grooming other team members as required
