Roles and Responsibilities

As a Product and Content Developer, you will play a leadership role and be responsible for maturing specific elements of an offering in collaboration with the business experts and Product Owners. You will ensure consistency and enrichment of offering content from different businesses, markets, clients, partners, etc. to ensure the value of the final product. Product and Content Developers will be assembled into project sprint teams to focus on key priorities based on skills and expertise.

• Responsible for developing elements of offerings to defined quality standards in collaboration with business experts and client teams
• Participate in offering development-wide process improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years professional experience; with 3+ years of client facing consulting experience as a plus

• Proven Track record of leading Team 5+
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy and ability to adapt to an evolving operating model and changing ways of working.
• Product Development experience and understanding Understanding of agile ways of working and storytelling. Previous experience building compelling narratives out of existing materials
• Previous experience in sales, proposal development, advertising, marketing, strategy, transformation a plus
