# For Contract - WFH but resource should be flexible to visit office maybe once in a month Or 2 months depending on project requirement

 

# For Perm Role – Need from Mumbai Or Kolkata (Hybrid Mode BUT Mandatory to visit office once in a week)

Job Details:

 

The candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end web application and learning experiences. Conceptualize original ideas which bring simplicity and user friendliness to the design. He/she will be responsible for translating information from various sources into sitemaps, pencil, low-fi & hi-fi wire frames and prototypes, test the designs and improve upon it. He/she will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience. He/she will be involved in documenting design, design systems and also creating presentations, case studies & design briefs that suit the purpose of business.

 

 

Ideal candidate would satisfy the below requirements

 

• Five or more years of applied UX design experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates who has experience designing products, web applications, B2B/enterprise services for online learning and Edutech domain.
• Expertise in UX & UI design tools such as Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Photoshop, Sketch, and the like is a must.
• Good understanding of design principles, knowledge of iOS & Android design principles a plus.
• Ability to work with Product Managers/Product Owners/BAs/ PMs to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet the needs and vision.
• Ability to apply user centric methods to build and refine UX designs
• In depth knowledge of best practices and guidelines to help design solutions. Must be hands-on in understanding and building mobile-first and responsive design.
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
• Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
• Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
• Good to have exposure of information security practices

 

Qualifications:

1) BE/ BTech / MCA /BCS Or Equivalent CSE/IT
2) Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
3) Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed
