You will enhance and lead a team of developers for a feature-rich, model-driven, highly scalable and reliable master data management system ( running on TIBCO EBX5, written in Java on the back-end)

Scope: You must be capable of designing and developing new functionalities as well as consistently maintaining on-going scheduled maintenance releases.

Responsible for EBX application developments

Develop EBX solution and other products according to technical specifications and perform unit tests

Estimate workloads and respect quality and schedule

Share knowledge and expertise with team members

Coordinate with business analysts and project managers

Coordinate with Integration and Data Management teams

Make suggestions\/recommendations for wider improvements\/enhancements

Guide the design and implementation of features, services, and prototypes

Help to streamline how we deliver solutions to the business

Profile

Must have 5-8 years of J2EE development experience in a fast-paced environment( Javascript, Java EE, JSP\/Servlet, XSD, XML, Ajax, SOAP web service, Maven, SVN, Tomcat)

1-2 years of EBX development experience

Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, including working knowledge of core libraries and design patterns

Demonstrated ability to deliver results, prioritize activities, and to manage time efficiency

Ability to independently lead working sessions with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze the impact of requirements and changes to data structures.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to work in an international environment and with remote teams

Experience in building prototypes, POC and UI for the demo is a must

Ability to balance engineering judgment with business priorities and constraints to deliver high-value work

Ability to work both independently and in a various team setting

Nice to Have

Experience deploying production applications using Agile methodology, CI\/CD and DevOps

Understanding of data and systems architecture in heterogeneous ERP international environment

Work experience - Minimum 5 years

Education: Bachelor Degree
