We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to manage and maintain day-to-day HR operations and implement HR processes. You must be an excellent communicator, proactive and shall have excellent organizational skills.

Job Requirements:-

1. Recruitment - Screening, interview scheduling.
2. Should be involved in all generalist activities.
3. Joining & Exit formalities, attendance, leave management, grievance handling, employee engagement, Database management
4. Salary negotiation & appraisals
5. Good computer and email communication skills.
6. Excellent communication skills and personality.

Qualification and Experience:

- MBA/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus

- Proven experience in HR position

-Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

- Proficient in MS Office and Excel

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong ethics and reliability

- 6 months - 2-year experience

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
