We are looking for a resource with a experience in managing recruitment teams as well as who have themselves placed a variety of skills in IT staffing in the US market with a verifiable track record.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the complete recruitment cycle of the IT Staffing team, guiding and Mentoring the recruiters additionally, should have strong skills in:

  1. Resume identification by matching candidates with clients requirements
  2. Conducting interviews
  3. Conducting skills tests
  4. Reference checks
  5. Background investigations
  6. Handling negotiations on rates/salary with consultants and vendors
  7. Handling any resource delivery related issues
  8. Managing contracts and negotiations
  9. Reporting work output for the team in a timely manner
  10. Work in the night shift with the Team and maintain constant communication with the US Sales team
