The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various activities like market research/Calling /Marketing activities in offices to know property requirements and conducting client visits
Supervise projects of varied nature that may involve lease renewal, relocation, consolidation, disposition, etc. and ensure successful closeout
Consistently build on the Channel Partners network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them
Develop corporate relationships through sales calls and direct meetings
Prospect clients for site visits through calling, email and offs-site meetings
