We are looking for a motivated Business Systems and Data Analyst who is ready to jump in, contribute and make a difference.
The Business Systems and Data Analyst is a key contributor who learns and understands the current business processes and uses their ability and expertise to recommend well-reasoned ways of enhancing, re-architecting, and improving business processes and technical solutions to support business requirements.
Business Systems and Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations on data related to complex and varied business metrics.
Responsibilities
As a Business Support Analyst you will be
Handling routine client assistance requests means of phone, advanced, or talk channels through viable correspondence and issues settling abilities.
Leading active communication and critical thinking abilities, just as being alright with performing multiple tasks, depending on the situation.
Helping clients each day by vivaciously captivating in a quick-moving, consecutive call climate by means of telephone or on the web
Bringing empathy to customer inquiries.
Using different frameworks to react to, investigate and record client requests
Utilizing proactive and intuitive techniques to elevate the customer experience
Retaining deep knowledge of BizMerlinHR s products with the ability to convey features and benefits
Embracing the commitment to customer service and nourish brand loyalty
