Overall management of operations and productivity.
Pricing negotiations with carriers
Interaction with Overseas associates, Internal branches on :
Maintain productivity and efficiency as per industry benchmarks to meet customer and partner expectations.
Support in local customer sales and business development to meet activity budgets.
Provide internal training to staff.
Prompt and timely response to internal/external communication.
Provide competitive rates to sales to gain business.
Timely submission of reports and financial statements to carriers for freight.
