Job Title: Full Time Social Media Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with clients business goals & grow brands on social media
- Manage the day - to - day execution of social media messaging
- Develop strategies for different industry segments like Fashion, Restaurants, Education, eCommerce Websites, etc
- Generate new ideas for content creation
- Manage & Lead a team of graphic designers to make sure content is designed as per the strategy
- Publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Collaborate with client s teams like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up - to - date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Lead pitches for new businesses
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven work experience of atleast 3 years as a Social media manager in a leading digital creative agency or a company
- Prior experience in Facebook, Instagram & Twitter Ad campaigns is a must Must know how to use Social Media platforms to drive online sales
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SMO & Social media tools
