Desired Profile & Skillsets:

  • Proficient in HR Policies & Process
  • Working Experience in Statutory compliance(Labor law, ESI & EPF)
  • Maintaining Employee Relations & Managing Legal and Compliance Practices
  • Handling HRMS Applications
  • Exposure & sound knowledge in Payroll & other HR-Operations
  • Assisting in Administering and Educating Employee Benefits
  • Excellent Team Management skills
  • Must be strong in Administration Handling
