Skillset Requirement

Changes on Firewall/Switches/Router as per VAPT observation RBI Observation .

RBI CSITE observations in coordination with ISP HO such as rule change, up-gradation, IOS update hardening of devices as per the Bank policy security guideline.

Some other areas such as :

Cisco Routing Switching

Cisco Security

Cisco Network Designer / Architects

Configure the required rules on Firewall/switch/router

Knowledge of router protocols their application as per the requirement

Knowledge of Patching /patch management

Security fixes

Cisco Call logger and Call Manager support

Monitoring of India branches network covering: -

o Rehja Center

o Sakar Bahaven

o Cochin Branch

o Chennai Branch

o Any upcoming new branch(es)

Onsite engineer on 8 x 5 basis

Monthly patch management

Cisco IP telephony including IP phones

Support during internal / external / RBI audits

Recommendation of hardware upgrade, in case it s becoming out of support .
