Experience

• Min 6+ Years IT experience across Business Anlaysis or Development or Quality Assurance areas

• Minimum 2+ Years in Robotic Process Automation projects using industry leading RPA technology like - UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere

• Experience working as Business Analyst in Banking Financial domain IT projects

• Proficient in Conceptual Process Design

Must Have

• Analytical skills, problem solving skills

• BA tools and techniques

• Strong experience in analysing and documenting business processes

• Experience in understanding and transcribing technical flows, data and system analysis

• Stakeholder management, communication skills, learning oriented, consensus building

• Experience wirking in a global delivery omdel, multivendor ecosystems

Nice to have

• Experience working in an Agile framework

• Experience working on projects in Operations areas like Contact Centre and Back Office
