JOB DETAIL

What you will do

  • Answer product account-related queries, troubleshoot issues and engage with our users via multiple communication channels - mostly chat.
  • Assist our leads and newly onboarded users to get using our app and services.
  • Talk to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem and then follow up with them to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Report any concerns about product functionality to the appropriate personnel.



Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (English language) - both written and verbal with a good typing speed.
  • Freshers may apply. Candidates with more than a year of experience in tech support or similar role will be preferred (SaaS experience heavily preferred).
  • Near perfect attention to detail.
  • Fantastic problem-solving skills especially with complex technical problems.
