JOB DETAIL
What you will do
Answer product account-related queries, troubleshoot issues and engage with our users via multiple communication channels - mostly chat.
Assist our leads and newly onboarded users to get using our app and services.
Talk to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem and then follow up with them to ensure the problem is resolved.
Report any concerns about product functionality to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills (English language) - both written and verbal with a good typing speed.
Freshers may apply. Candidates with more than a year of experience in tech support or similar role will be preferred (SaaS experience heavily preferred).
Near perfect attention to detail.
Fantastic problem-solving skills especially with complex technical problems.
