- Candidate must have expertise in Upwork/freelancer Bidding.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Experienced and confident in writing propositions/bids, creating presentations and writing external reports.
- Candidate with IT/CS background will be a great plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Search for new client leads.
- Maintain strong After-Sale Relations with the customers
- Researching potential leads from business directories, Upwork, LinkedIn. Familiar Email-Marketing as well as Cold Calling. etc.
- Facilitate bidding on various portals.
- Develop proposals documents to facilitate bidding processes.
- Idea generation, creating designs/concepts and layouts within the given time frame.
