JOB DETAIL

We are looking for passionate and talented candidate to join us as HR EXECUTIVE. The main area of responsibility is to serve as a resource to management and employees in solving day to day workplace matters , manage recruitments , looks after onboardings , induction clearances etc.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to expiry of contact and assisting in all matters related to employment .
  • Developing effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing candidates , identifying and recruiting high potential candidates .
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring manager.
  • Performing references and background checks.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records , update internal database.
  • Able to multitask and manage the workload.
  • Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience .

Key Competencies :

MBA in HR

2+ Years of IT experience

Proficient in English (Both Verbal and Written)
