Technical Skillset:

¢?¢ At least 5 + years of experience in Automation testing.

¢?¢ Experience in Performance testing i.e., JMeter

¢?¢ Experience in Automation testing tools like Selenium or Protractor.

¢?¢ Test automation frameworks i.e., TDD, BDD.

¢?¢ Software programming languages - Java, C#.

¢?¢ Experience in Azure DevOps

¢?¢ Experience in creating frameworks that support reusability, portability, scalability, and robustness.

Have set up test automation and performance testing competencies.

¢?¢ Configured projects with continuous integration tool.

¢?¢ Experience in API Testing (SOAP and RESTful web services).

¢?¢ Should be aware of Database Management System.

 

Core Duties/Responsibilities

? Brings proven ability to create Testing and Test Management strategies

? Works closely with Product Managers, PMO, Development Managers, Developers and other QA

resources to carry out and develop procedures to ensure that all information systems products and

services meet organization Standards and End-User requirements in an Applications development

environment.

? Attend Requirement meetings and work closely with the respective team on any Requirement gaps

and clarifications.

? Follows standards set for the development of QA processes and ensures consistent execution across

the team.

? Maintains strong relationships with peers, and staff through interpersonal and written

communication skills. Actively involves other members and displays passion to get sponsorship and

buy-in.

? Work cross-functionally to support process improvements and problem resolutions.

? Experienced in interacting and coordinating test activities amongst multiple teams.

? Creates Test Plans and provides test estimates for testing activities of highly complex projects

consistently and accurately.

? Create and maintain Test Scenarios, Checklists, Test Cases, Test Data and RTM as needed to ensure

the quality of these features and ensure full Test Coverage.

? Well versed in SDLC methodology and look for opportunities of QA Process Improvement and follow

QA Best Practices.

? Demonstrate knowledge using version control, Change Management and defect tracking methods,

including an understanding of associated tools.

? Collect/generate test metrics and send status reports to management.

? Conduct REST APIs, Smoke, Positive, Negative, Black Box, Exploratory, Risk-Based, Integration, Endto-End, White Box, Backend, POS, Boundary Analysis, Security and Performance Testing.

? Set up and Maintain Test Environment(s) for a single and/or multiple products.

? Supports creation and maintenance of automation frameworks and automation testing efforts.

? Good risk mitigation and process improvement skills.

? Train UAT team or Business Users on any Tools and application functionality and conduct UAT defect

status meetings as needed.

 

Education Qualifications:

? BE or equivalent qualification
