Candidate must have expertise in Upwork/freelancer Bidding.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
Experienced and confident in writing propositions/bids, creating presentations and writing external reports.
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
Sound Knowledge of lead generation and preparing effective Cover Letter.
Excellent leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities
Search for new client leads.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Maintain strong After-Sale Relations with the customers
Researching potential leads from business directories, Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms. Familiar with Email-Marketing as well as Cold Calling. etc.
Facilitate bidding on various portals.
Develop proposals documents to facilitate bidding processes.
Idea generation, creating designs/concepts and layouts within the given time frame.
