JOB DETAIL

We are looking for Senior Business Development Executive / BDM with minimum 3 + years of proven experience only in IT Industry (Web and Mobile Application Domain) who can individually handle the entire process or cycle of Business Development in IT Domain (Web and Mobile Application Domain) from online bidding to lead conversation. For online bidding candidates should have experience on online portals like Upwork.com, Guru , Freelance and PPH for CMS/Framework Websites , Web apps projects and Mobile App Projects (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native etc). Must have a good understanding of the process requirements of Website , Mobile Apps and Web Apps.

Skills Required:

Experience : 3+ Years in IT Domain (Client/Service Based IT Organization only) as BDE or Sr. BDE in Lead Generation profile.

Excellent knowledge of online bidding through B2B web portals. like Upwork, Guru, Freelance, etc

Sound Knowledge of lead generation and preparing effective Cover Letter.

Knowledge of leads generation.

Experience in making authentic documents.

Able to develop effective working relationship with clients through regular meetings/interactions.

Should identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.

Job Description/Responsibilities :

  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Develop new leads through research, cold-calling, networking and strategizing with contacts and prospects.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Support the Business Development teams initiative to strategically grow the business.
  • Gather, uncover, and consolidate market research to help identify new opportunities and compare competitive business models.
  • Build/maintain a rapid channel of communication to customers in case of online service-related issues and events.
  • Should Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth activities, profit margin, mix of products, selling services, customer retention and customer acquisition.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Identify requirements for new services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
  • Able to generate new business and raise awareness about company's services.
