Job Role Description:

1. Customer Support for telecom, retail and banking segment.

2. The candidates should be very good in English Communication skills.

3. Maintain the reports accurate.

4. Handling emails / chats resolving technical and customer service issues related to process.

5. Proficient in Understanding of Customer product and support.

6. The Candidates should be comfortable for Immediate joining.

7. The candidates should be comfortable with the basic knowledge of computers.
