About the Job:

We are looking to hire someone who can work closely with Ronnie Screwvala to manage his personal brand. The role would extend beyond handling social media and into the domain of PR. You would have the opportunity (and responsibility) to interact regularly with Mr Screwvala and the teams across his multiple initiatives - upGrad, Swades Foundation, uSports and RSVP Productions.

You would also be the face for all external communications originating from Mr Screwvalas office and the single point of contact to curate and coordinate the various sessions & events that Mr Screwvala attends. A sharp learning curve is promised as you'll be working with one of the most respected first-generation entrepreneur, thought leader and philanthropist.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Developing, implementing, and managing social media strategy across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn

- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to produce impactful social-first campaigns, as well as providing direction to and managing external partners.

- Writing, producing, commissioning, and publishing timely content across a range of mediums, including video

- Utilising industry and customer insights to inform strategies and be an expert on social trends and new and emerging platforms. Also, running polls and interactive sessions to gather perspectives and share opinions.

- Analyzing media, content and listening data (well-versed with social media platform ad tools and listening tools)

Basic Qualifications:

- 2+ years' work experience developing and evaluating social media brand strategies - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- A mix of agency and in-house experience is preferred, including social media communications, brand marketing, and public relations

- A proven track record of creating original content that offers something unique to digital audiences; building relevant and highly engaged communities 13th May 22 - Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating a genuine openness to feedback

- Keen interest in the world of business, start-ups, economy and politics.

- Experience driving a multi-channel editorial strategy, working with cross-functional teams, and managing external partners with a demonstrated knowledge of what works for a personal brand across social media

- Experience of thinking, writing, communicating, and producing with clarity for a variety of audiences

- Experience developing, managing and analyzing content amplification strategies - Highly organised - able to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
