Position Summary:

Protegrity India has an immediate opening for an Agile Project Manager, reporting directly to the Global Head of Program Management team of RD.

This should be an experience leader who is able to drive changes across the organization being a catalyst in the agile transformation process.

Responsibilities:

- The candidate should have a deep background in driving software development teams, leading projects from inception to delivery, and managing large scale services/ product teams.

- Interact with various stakeholders as Development Managers, Product Manager/Owners and multiple Development, cross-functional (DevOps, Documentation, Assurance, PS, Support, Training) Teams to understand, plan and deliver complex, cross-functional features.

- Organize and execute the product design workshops (Release level planning) for the scrum teams.

Lead the effective and efficient delivery of the large, complex strategic objectives.

- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

- Excellent in Reporting at Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly cadence to different cadence (Team/Management/Senior Management).

- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues, risks and dependencies at multiple levels.

- Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders.

- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

Required Skills:

- Bachelors Degree (Computers Science or Equivalent) / Masters preferred

10 -13+ years of total experience.

- Strong familiarity with agile methodologies.

- Proven experience of 5+ years as a project manager or other equivalent position.

- Agile / Scrum Certification is must.

- Must have experience in preparing metrics dashboards and Presentations.

- Must have experience in preparing Quality Graphs, Budget, Risks and mitigation plans.

- Must have Strategic mindset, good articulation, and Reporting skills.

- Candidate must have strong Attributes in terms of Accountability, Ownership, Urgency based on business priorities, Leadership and Initiative.

- Candidate must understand the DevOps practices.

Desired Skills:

- Experience working with a product company and E2E product implementation lifecycle.

- Ability to train the scrum teams on agile practices and drive the agile Transformation at Protegrity.

- PMP and/or ACP is a plus.

- Experience in managing delivery Teams (Any technology) cross functional teams across geographies.

Qualifications:

- Excellent Communication listening Skills.

- Outstanding leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Candidate must have Project management experience handling multiple projects.

- Candidate must have Experience in Agile Methodologies / Frameworks.

- Should have handled teams of size up to 10-15
