Req. Experience in NBFC -SME loan - Machine loan/OD /CC for 5 to 10 years
Technical Competencies Required:
Minimum 5 years experience in Banking/NBFC

• Specialized Knowledge of Retail Asset Finance or SME Finance Segment
• Experience in dealing with Mortgage Loan/SME Finance / machine loan/ OD/ CC
• Hard Core Sales Experience
• Good Negotiation Skills
• Should be very good with financial analysis and also possess knowledge of SME Business
• Proactive, Performance Oriented with excellent communication, convincing & Negotiation Skills.
• Local candidates would be preferred
• Should have Team Handling profile
• Principal / Manufacturers Relationship:
• Creating and maintaining relationships with manufacturers / Principals.
• Maintaining regular contact with the existing Principals and develop new principal contacts.
• Driving the field to achieve the desired results

Team Management:

• Build, Lead, train and motivate team of executives ensuring their career development and

positive contribution to the company.

• Guiding & Leading the Executives in understanding deliverable as per local flavor and

thereby Identifying positions which would help in effective achievement of targets
Experience: 5 to 10 years is a must.
Behavioral Competencies Required:
Presentable, Proactive, self-starter & a continuous learner with good communication skills is a must.Prior experience in a managerial position handling techno-commercial aspect in related industries preferred
