Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing end to end recruitment.
- Screening candidates on telephonic conversation as well as during face to face interview before lining-up candidates for further round of interviews with business heads. Directly coordinating with business heads to close the position with the right candidate on time.
- Experience in Recruitment like - Headhunting- Mid level hiring-job posting.
- Experience n job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Headhunting.
- On-Boarding process from joining formalities to verification of documents & reference checks. Also creating offer letter and appointment letters.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise recruiting personnel
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Submission of periodic MIS to the concerned.
- Any other work which may be required from time to time.
