Role: Recruitment Manager

Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing end to end recruitment.
  • Screening candidates on telephonic conversation as well as during face to face interview before lining-up candidates for further round of interviews with business heads. Directly coordinating with business heads to close the position with the right candidate on time.
  • Experience in Recruitment like - Headhunting- Mid level hiring-job posting.
  • Experience n job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Headhunting.
  • On-Boarding process from joining formalities to verification of documents & reference checks. Also creating offer letter and appointment letters.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Supervise recruiting personnel
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Submission of periodic MIS to the concerned.
  • Any other work which may be required from time to time.
