The position reports to the Head Finance & Accounts and works closely with our overseas client , including the Head Office.

Key responsibilities will include:

Complete F&A responsibility , broadly covering a controllership profile for overseas subsidiaries. This will involve close interaction with marketing and operations teams , plus with overseas stake - holders.

Preparing books of accounts for various entities , financial reports , profitability analysis , varied analytical and accounting in SAP Environment

Legal and regulatory Ensure compliance with laws and statutory requirements of the entity

Supporting financial and accounting processes of Group entities

Maintaining continuous dialogue and managing communication and feedback mechanisms with our overseas client to ensure that metrics and deliverables are met both in time and quality terms.

Initiate training and development for the team

The profile is well suited for ambitious beginners , since it involves exposure to critical F&A , systems and regulatory functions and can serve as a foundation for a very successful career with the group.

There is a possibility of transfers to foreign offices for exceptional performers.

Required experience , skills and knowledge:

Initiative driven individual with strong understanding of accounting and willing to take up responsibilities of general management functions in the near term

Strong analytical and auditing skills , with ability to research and provide specific solutions to complex problems

2 - 3 plus years of hands - on Accounting and commercial Experience with a systems focus. Candidates with some understanding of supply chain and international trade will be given preference

Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects and tasks , detail oriented and organized in work; ability to meet assigned deadlines;

Required Education and other Qualifications:

Bachelor or advanced degree in Accounting;

CA

Proficient with computers and applications; Microsoft Office , SAP.
