We’re looking to hire Automation Test Engineer to combine the expertise of business analysis and quality assurance to help ensure that the final product satisfies the client's business objectives and the end user's expectations.
We are looking for someone who can work and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, who takes Software Craftsmanship values to heart, and who is the wind in the sail for the team to build high-quality solutions for our clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

You’ll be leading initiatives with our clients from start to finish. Working with internal and client teams to plan requirements and create executable specifications. You’ll be communicating with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams at the irrelevant levels of abstraction. You’ll be diving into problem space with clients and into solution space with the team. A typical day may include:

• Understanding and refining requirements with clients
• Identifying the smallest vertical slice of the product that provides the most value to end users
• Wire framing and end user validation
• Story creation
• Writing executable specifications
• Performing smoke tests
• Being a true consultant for the client, ensuring frequent incremental releases

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills you need to succeed in this role:

Non-technical: Product mindset, analytical thinking, communication

Technical: BDD, Cucumber/Karate, test automation, Selenium, product documentation

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to clearly and concisely convey feature requests and product roadmap
• Attention to detail to be able to coordinate across teams and functional areas
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts to be able to drive product strategy, understand dependencies and manage expectations
• Expertise, experience, and passion to build well-crafted, quality software products
• Most important: An insight into user behavior and user needs to be able to deliver high-quality products
