Total Experience 4 - 8 years.

Should be Graduate / Post graduate / MBA / Financial Marketing / Diploma in operation management.

To work strategically by keeping and maintaining organization vision , mission and goals.

Depth knowledge of company business and its functioning.

Computer and internet savvy.

Responsible for branch profitability and productivity.

Good communication , interpersonal and presentation skills.

Meeting agents and generate business.

Responsible for coordination , planning , presentation , evaluation , business development and related activities of branch.

Coordinating with HR for branch recruitments.

Reporting to HO regarding attendance and administration.

Day to day reporting to CEO regarding the number of collections , deposits , maturity , payments budgeting and expenses of branch.

Conducting weekly and monthly meeting with employees for next month target and achievements.
