This position is a special opportunity to be part of a team that gets requirements right. You are required to provide effective and timely responses to Request for Proposal (RFP) and support other, less qualified leads from the Sales team.

You are also required to assign projects, for requirements/discovery phase support. What would you be doing?

Above all, provide timely, well-qualified responses to RFPs and to other leads that come in Evaluate leads for fit with company objective, product roadmap and feasibility

Create strong solution narratives from nimble early-stage ones, to fleshed-out final ones Be highly organized with the proposal management process organizing, initiating, managing, and tracking proposal-related activities

Coordinate with contributors to the proposal to produce deliverables on time

Create requirements documents, UML diagrams, wireframes or other artefacts for projects

Ensure that the project delivery meets the finally agreed set of requirements

Maintain an inventory of all documents in a neatly tagged and organized manner

Maintain sheets for analysis of work, improvement areas and lessons learned, over time

Be very time-conscious and have the mindset of being highly responsive.

Have excellent writing and presentation skills creating documents, and presenting them live.

Have a mindset of perfection, and pride in your own work high integrity and ownership

What kind of person are we looking for: Strong BA skills requirements elicitation, documentation, follow-up

Extremely strong business writing and English language skills we have a high bar for this Extremely strong presentation/demo skills

A strong technical, analytical background by virtue of education, training or job roles

Ability to estimate effort in a repeatable, responsible, and efficient manner

Interest in multiple subjects and technologies Understanding of UX, Information Architecture UML highly desired Function Point Analysis or Story Point Analysis highly desired prior experience Use of a formal project management / task management tool highly desired Ability to understand complex software systems

Knowledge of content management systems Has worked in the presales or Solutions team as part of prior experience
