Job Responsibilities Main responsibilities include requirement gathering at client side and preparation of use cases and story boards through collected requirements Preparation of notes from various customer and end users meetings for offshore engineering team to act upon Coordination between customer stakeholders and offshore engineering teams to communicate and clarify requirements/ features Participation in daily scrum as product owner for requirement clarifications and story boarding Validation of developed features and coordination with customer end users in acceptance of features and stories Participation in effort estimations, sprint planning, SOW preparations and other project related activities where functional expertise is needed Mentoring of other junior resources and peers from functional perspective Desired Candidate Profile Computer Science or IT Engineering or MCA or MBA in Finance 4+ years of total industry experience as functional consultant or business analyst Minimum 2- 3 years experience in banking or financial industry as business analyst Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience as product owner in scrum teams and understanding of agile scrum working is an added advantage Experience in business end user coordination, requirement gathering, writing stories/ features, use case documents, test scenarios is a must Good understanding and appreciation of writing use case documents, BRD, FRS and test case documents Primary work location will be Mumbai with willingness to travel and work from other offshore locations like Pune, Chennai etc. on need basis Impeccable writing and speaking skills Confident with good presentation and time management skills. Good analytical and problem- solving skills Salary no constraint for the right candidate
