Role Summary:

BA Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of BA experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of requirement elicitation.
• Basic knowledge of some estimation technique like WBS or FPA or similar.
• Should have knowledge of drafting functional / system specifications.
• Previous work experience in an onsite-offshore model.
• Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to acclimate quickly.
• Agile - User Stories, Retrospectives
• Agile - Scrum, Continuous Integration
• Ability to document test scenarios
• Ability to review test case documents
• Knowledge of MS Visio or equivalent tools
• Takes a structured and effective approach to own work.
• An ability to work effectively with limited direct supervision.
• An ability to articulate solutions at all levels and to communicate both technical and non-technical information, depending upon the audience.
• A good team player who can work well in a collaborative environment.
• An ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Should have verifiable leadership skills.
• Demonstrate high attention to details
• Previous experience on HR domain.
• Knowledge of writing SQL queries and DB in general
• Experience integration between systems using SOAP/REST API

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of work experience, with 6-8 years of experience as a business analyst
• Good Communication Skills required.
• Java background preferred
