JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Meet clients to understand their CRM and process requirements.
  • Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out.
  • Responsible for the implementation of client systems.
  • Translate client requirements into system configuration & custom developments and prepare an achievable delivery schedule.
  • Create data migration and integration mappings.
  • Mockup web service specifications for integration, completion, and testing
  • Resolve technical issues with servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL, and other related technologies to CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Good verbal and written communication, problem solving and analytical skill.
  • Ability to gather customer requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis, use cases, scenarios, and meetings.
  • Good customer handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of documentation -BRD, FRD, SRS.
  • Experience on Asp.net/ C# with knowledge of Web services, SQL & Oracle database
  • Good to have front end development skills using HTML/CSS
  • Application Development using Java script, JSON, jQuery and .NET, MVC Design Patterns
  • Understanding of technology framework
  • Experience in BFSI and CRM domain (preferred) You will have a dual role of a technology and business expert and help make decisions that will impact the business.

Education | Full Time and 60% throughout X / XII / Grad. / Post Grad.
