Roles and Responsibilities :
- Meet clients to understand their CRM and process requirements.
- Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out.
- Responsible for the implementation of client systems.
- Translate client requirements into system configuration & custom developments and prepare an achievable delivery schedule.
- Create data migration and integration mappings.
- Mockup web service specifications for integration, completion, and testing
- Resolve technical issues with servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL, and other related technologies to CRM.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good verbal and written communication, problem solving and analytical skill.
- Ability to gather customer requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis, use cases, scenarios, and meetings.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of documentation -BRD, FRD, SRS.
- Experience on Asp.net/ C# with knowledge of Web services, SQL & Oracle database
- Good to have front end development skills using HTML/CSS
- Application Development using Java script, JSON, jQuery and .NET, MVC Design Patterns
- Understanding of technology framework
- Experience in BFSI and CRM domain (preferred) You will have a dual role of a technology and business expert and help make decisions that will impact the business.
Education | Full Time and 60% throughout X / XII / Grad. / Post Grad.
