Role scope

  • Associate Business Development Manager/ Associate Manager Client Services[SAS1]
  • Base location: Mumbai, India

Responsibilities

Ecosystem solution sales

  • Drive awareness of partner ecosystem solutions amongst Finacle clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with alliances and marketing team to develop lead-gen campaigns around joint solutions with strategic partners
  • Develop deep understanding of the partner solutions, its value proposition, integration touch points with Finacle and other enterprise applications
  • Build pipeline by identifying and nurturing opportunities
  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development
  • Demonstrate consultative sales approach Anticipate client requirements and proactively propose relevant solutions
  • Demonstrate and articulate the business value proposition to clients. Plan and execute demo sessions with potential customers
  • Work closely with internal and partner stakeholders as well as client account managers to build proposals. Manage objections, highlight business value, negotiate, and close deals
  • Drive, manage and report pipeline, and revenue for strategic partner solutions

Knowledge / Skills Required

  • Sound understanding of banking industry and FinTech ecosystem
  • At least 5 years experience in enterprise solution sales
  • Experience in business development, account management and entire sales life cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to initiate, establish and nurture business relationships
  • Proven ability to work in a high demand, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a IT product company preferred, especially with a banking IT product company
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
