Requirements:

• Prospect potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.

• Develop strong opportunity pipeline for sales opportunities

• Demonstrable persuasiveness and influencing skills, extremely strong communicator and presenter able to communicate at all organizational levels

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

• Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

• Keep records of sales, revenue, collection of payments etc.

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Competencies:

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills

• Time management and planning skills.

• Team player with absolute focus on customer commitments.

• Systems Savvy and likes to play with system requirements and enjoys achieving KPI s.

Educational background / Work experience:

• Min 10-12 years (this is subject to the position; it shall keep varying).

• Graduation is a must.

• A Post graduation degree in related field preferred
