Job Description:
Core Responsibility
- Elicit requirementsand clearly articulate resultant user stories in Confluence and JIRA, keeping the product backlog well stocked and ensuring that user stories and epics are refined and prioritized with the Product Owners.
- Support the team in delivering best quality products through the Agile development framework, specifically Scrum, with the ability to coach those around them to improvethe Scrum ceremonies and artefacts.
- Support the articulation of acceptance criteria and definition of done and review test plans to ensure that these have been met.
- Work with Business & Technical Architects to evaluate the suitability of applications and solutions in support of operational, tactical and strategic goals.
- Coach other team members on analysis techniques such as facilitating collaboration, documenting requirements and transferring knowledge.
- Effectively manage stakeholdersand coordinate with internal cross functional teams to establish key decisions, processes and business operations
Professional Qualification

- 2 - 5 years working as a business analyst in an agile environment with globally distributed teams
- Experience in benchmarking, business rules analysis, risk analysis, user stories, user acceptance testing and documentation
- Strong team player; able to work effectively within a team and more broadly with people from a variety of backgrounds and areas across the organization.
- Understanding of the Data Quality domain
- Ability to help technical team members and senior non-technical product owners to make the appropriate decisions.
- Comfortable facilitating groups to reach consensus on scope, design, and implementation decisions.
- Good understanding of MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook
Mandate Skills
- Comfortable with responsibility to deliver and resilient enough to handle pressure to balance time, quality and scope.
- Assertive and fact-based communicator with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills and an ability to explain technical issues to a business audience and vice-versa.
- Experience as a self-starter in a rapidly evolving and at times ambiguous environment. A continuous learner with an ability to problem solve quickly.
- Ability to identify and articulate risks, and constructively challenge assumptions
- Influencing and negotiation skills in a virtual / remote environment. You will be based in Dublin with the team, but your customers are in Europe, the US and Asia.
