Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on existing system capabilities and potential system changes plan, organize, and implement changes (maintenance, upgrades, new features)
  • Liaise with HR and business stakeholders to identify business requirements for the Hire to Retire business process.
  • Business process design and translation of requirements into technical configurations
  • Configure and test application features and maintain system security and permissions
  • Troubleshoot and implement break-fix solutions
  • Build, Test and support data integrations between HR systems and other applications
  • Produce HR reporting/analytics/visualizations/KPIs
  • Partner with HR to ensure data integrity
  • Provide insight into HRIS trends, best practices for short-term and long-term solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and communication
  • Create and maintain system support documentation for L1/L2 support and end users

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Required Experience:
  • 5+ years HRIS implementation and project management experience
  • SAP HCM (OM, PA, TM, CATS) and SAP SuccessFactors suite strongly desired.
  • Experience in Payroll Support, Overtime Rules, Work Schedules, Leave Entitlements and Quotas
  • Monitoring HR Data quality and Security
  • Third Party HR data integrations and APIs
  • Experience with SCRUM, Kanban or other Agile methodology
  • HRIS system technical and customer support experience
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), BI/Reporting tool
  • Working knowledge of Abap and Query development, job scheduling, data profiling, BW/BEX reporting is a plus

Bachelors Degree in relevant field desired
