Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on existing system capabilities and potential system changes plan, organize, and implement changes (maintenance, upgrades, new features)
- Liaise with HR and business stakeholders to identify business requirements for the Hire to Retire business process.
- Business process design and translation of requirements into technical configurations
- Configure and test application features and maintain system security and permissions
- Troubleshoot and implement break-fix solutions
- Build, Test and support data integrations between HR systems and other applications
- Produce HR reporting/analytics/visualizations/KPIs
- Partner with HR to ensure data integrity
- Provide insight into HRIS trends, best practices for short-term and long-term solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and communication
- Create and maintain system support documentation for L1/L2 support and end users
Desired Candidate Profile
- Required Experience:
- 5+ years HRIS implementation and project management experience
- SAP HCM (OM, PA, TM, CATS) and SAP SuccessFactors suite strongly desired.
- Experience in Payroll Support, Overtime Rules, Work Schedules, Leave Entitlements and Quotas
- Monitoring HR Data quality and Security
- Third Party HR data integrations and APIs
- Experience with SCRUM, Kanban or other Agile methodology
- HRIS system technical and customer support experience
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), BI/Reporting tool
- Working knowledge of Abap and Query development, job scheduling, data profiling, BW/BEX reporting is a plus
Bachelors Degree in relevant field desired
