JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment
  • Lead point of contact for all customer account management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients
  • Identify areas of improvement to meet upselling objectives
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the engagement.
  • Identifying industry trends.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Client Servicing Executive
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience with Project Management Systems (eg; Clickup, Jira etc.)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
