We are searching for a professional and courteous Client servicing Account Manager with great people skills to help our business prioritize customers and bring new clients on board.
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
- Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
- Managing long-term client relationships to continue to identify new business opportunities
- Creating and working on developing client strategy
- Work closely with the creative team to launch and optimize campaigns
- Understand client briefs and manage through to completion
- Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
- Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
- Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
Experience
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer/clients needs
- 3-5 year s digital industry experience and startup experience are preferred.
