Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
Should have experience in

- Email Process
- Solving customer queries/ Complaints
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- experience into outbound sales, lead generation and good communication skills
- Register cases in the system within Activation SLA and co-ordinate with ASPs to ensure service delivery within stipulated SLA s towards Road Side Assistance
- Resolve customer queries on calls, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE policies.
- Coordinate service requests between customers, providers & internal operations team from first call to case closure
- Follow communication/update expectations with clients, in accordance with the EUROP ASSISTANCE policies & others as agreed upon
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
