JOB DETAIL

Position: Customer service

Location: Andheri- Mumbai

Immediate Joining

Qualification: Any Graduate

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service

Should have experience in

  • Voice Inbound
  • Email Process
  • Solving customer queries/ Complaints

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • experience into outbound sales, lead generation and good communication skills
  • Register cases in the system within Activation SLA and co-ordinate with ASPs to ensure service delivery within stipulated SLA s towards Road Side Assistance
  • Resolve customer queries on calls, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE policies.
  • Coordinate service requests between customers, providers & internal operations team from first call to case closure
  • Follow communication/update expectations with clients, in accordance with the EUROP ASSISTANCE policies & others as agreed upon
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
